They cover this website and the ways you can contact us through it. They do not replace a signed agreement. Work we carry out for a client is governed by that client's own written contract, which takes precedence over anything on this page if the two disagree.
You may read the site, download what it offers and contact us. You may not attempt to break into it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, copy its content for resale, or use it to send anything unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We aim for continuous availability but do not promise it.
If you message our Facebook Page, our Instagram account or our WhatsApp number, you are asking us to reply on that channel, and we will. You can stop at any time: reply STOP on WhatsApp or SMS, or say so in the conversation, and we will not message you again except to confirm it.
Those channels belong to Meta, and Meta's own terms apply to your use of them alongside ours. What we do with the contents of a conversation is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Some replies on these channels are generated by software rather than typed by a person. We say so where it is not obvious, and a person can always take over. Automated replies are provided in good faith and are not professional advice. Do not rely on one for a decision that matters without confirming it with us.
The text, design, code and images on this site belong to Junadev (Private) Limited unless credited otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish the site or substantial parts of it.
Anything you send us that you did not create, or that you do not have the right to share, must not be sent.
We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss arising from your reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Liability under a client contract is governed by that contract, not by this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction.
We update these terms when what we do changes. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
