How we're set up

Small on purpose. Senior by rule.

Every engagement is staffed by engineers who have shipped and operated the kind of system you're asking for: CRM platforms, monitoring stacks, time and attendance, cloud platforms and AI agents. There is no sales layer between you and the people doing the work, and nothing is handed down to a junior bench after the contract is signed.
